Our Healthcare Plans 

1. Next day office or home visit by a Physician:  We are a Mobile medical practice.

This service is ideal if you need to see a doctor but cannot get an appointment or want to avoid going to the emergency room (not for medical emergencies). The charges are $ 300 each visit (average 1 hour visit). Usually the charges are reimbursed 50-80% by the insurance as 'out of network' provider.

2. Carios Health Concierge Wellness Plan (Platinum):  You can afford these concierge plans by shifting to a high deductible insurance with health saving account, paying sometimes even less than what you are paying now as insurance premiums.

For an annual retainer fee of $ 2000, you get the following services FREE of cost:

- Annual one hour wellness exam

- Unlimited next day office/home physician visits (minimum 1 hour)

-Unlimited home visits by a Physician within 1-2 hours if urgent.

- Unlimited 24/7 access to a Physician by cell-phone

- Unlimited 24/7 access to a Physician by online video consultation or online chat

- Personalized exercise and nutrition plan

- Your own personal online health record with 24 hour access

3. Carios Health Concierge Wellness Plan (Gold):

For an annual retainer fee of $ 1000, you get the following services FREE of cost:

- Annual wellness exam

- Next day office/home physician 1 hour visits (limited to 4 visits per year)

- Unlimited 24/7 access to a Physician by cell-phone

- Unlimited 24/7 access to a Physician by online video consultation or online chat

- Personalized exercise and nutrition plan

- Your own personal online health record with 24 hour access

 Urgent home visits by a Physician within 1-2 hours are not included in this plan
